Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or U.S. holidays.
If we experience unusually high order volume, processing times may be extended by a few days. We appreciate your patience and will communicate any significant delays.

International Shipping
Attaché currently ships to select international destinations. Delivery times vary by country and carrier. Any applicable customs fees, duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become available.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses is available for select shipping methods. If a delivery issue arises, our team may reach out to adjust your shipping method.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
Attaché is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied to your shipment. All fees imposed during or after shipping—including customs clearance—are the responsibility of the customer.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, reshipping fees may apply.
